@ leena : I think its little difficult to get civil engg papers better ask some senior who opted this subject, no nee to have science related books if u r frm science background. GS and GK books are in plenty at tonk phatak and chaura rasta. So select judiciously.
@ Puneet : u can opt comp sc and pol sc. pub admn seems to be more preferable by science b/g students as the management part is
