cut off is not there on rpsc website, as per some newspaper report its 640 but lets wait for official confirmation
I cant believe this result..its so unfair....in prelim i was way above cut off and mains mein they have scaled my marks and given me 635 when i was expecting around 750-800...cut off as 640??? so i dont qualify by 5 marks, they did same thing when i gave RJS also in 2008.. there is so much hanky panky in results....i want to see my answer sheets ..

yes you can go for retotalling in Hindi, plz check rpsc website for the procedure or call them.

What is your result?
This result was awaited with expectation by everyone and most in my circle are heavily disappointed. They expected somewhere 700-800 marks and could not even get 640.
1. Are the outside state candidates differently scaled?
2. Is scaling applied in compulsory papers also? But why is this required in compulsory papers?
The marks have already been displayed in the website so I think only retotaling is allowed and commission won't reevaluate the papers.
When will the 2011 notification come? Will it be conducted as per new syllabus?

@ Tushar : I did not appear in mains. As far as I know there is no discrimination between home state and outside state candidates. Yes there has been instances when scaling was done in Compulsory papers also because of the difference of marking by different examiners. Yes you are right in saying that only retotalling is possible.
No news of RAS 2011 for now and I don't think they will take that with new pattern right away without giving one or two chances to those preparing for the exam.

may be is month ras 2011 ka notification a sakta hai. new pattern sa exam hoga . department of personal nain sujhav cmo main bhag diya ha ub cabinate ka isa aprove karna baki ha.

@ Anonymous : I am sorry to say that yes I have my commitments and I never discourage anybody here. Yes I have to moderate comments because there are so many comments which I thought are not proper and are mainly reactions of anxious people in the moment of failures. We should learn to take failures as stepping stones to success.
Rahi discussion ki baat for that I started another web discussion forum ping4help.com but unluckily from some days its not showing up in correct form, but I really appreciate your comments and will try to make more inclusive and informative in near future.
