Dear Naresh,
Please let us know your comments about RAS mains 2010. As you have appeared earlier in interviews so you will be able to tell us how were the exam papers this year compared to earlier years.
Did you find the level of difficulty high or low for GS , Eng & Hindi?
What about history, geography paper I & II?
Please throw some light on the same and let us know by what time mains result is expected this year as it appears RPSC has tightened its belt and is working really hard.
Any information in this regard will be highly beneficial. As you said during pre 2010 that mains will be held in dec 2010 and so it did.

i was appeared in RAS Mains 2010 with PUB AD and Geography and feel that II paper of Pub Ad and II paper of Geo was tough(at least for me). and find myself in between 680 - 750 . Considering m factors such as pattern of paper[toughness] time between pre result and mains and no of seats cut off should be below previous year cut off(697.

my parents will get me married if result does not come fast....RPSC jaldi result do! mere liye ek ek din boojh ban gya hai.... naukri karoon ya result ka wait karoon... yah allah!!
i think result will come by end of may .ras 2010 main was to come by end of march .but rpsc is delaying .cut off may be below 2007 main bcoz all papers were standard it cud b around 640-650.

result shayd is week bhi nahi ayega..next week 15 se 18 ke bich ane ke chance jyada he..anyways ras 2011 se pattern change hone wala he..prelims or mains dono me..anybody wid philosophy nd history optionals pls share ur experience in mains paper..all the best to all of u guys

ras 2011 ka pattern change ho gaya hein .subject nahe honge. so best of luck for ras 2011.
philosophy main 2010 was tough compare to earlier years and i think scaling wud b positive and overall merit wil b low. Like in papr 2 last quest :how locke refutd materialism .this ques wrong .berkeley refutd materialism nt locke similary short ques were very tough.
ras 2011 ka pattern dop ki site pe available hai jis pe public opinion manga gya he..u cn chek it out..philosophy 2010 mains 1st paper me achha scale up hone ka chance hai..and 2nd paper god knows sab log likh ke aaye hai par kisi ko kuchh pata nhi he kya likha..but overall atleast 30 marks scale up hone chahie..regards..tahir

buddy ! the question wasn't wrong, it was just a bit tricky. it must have been written like " locke didn't refuted materialism but he refuted the traditional interpretation of matter. he just said that we can't see matter directly , we can only assume it by its quality.
one more thing, berkeley also didn't totally refuted matter. he stated that of-course there is matter , but not outside the soul. (either mortal or immortal soul).
so both of them just explained matter in a new way. question was absolutely correct dear.

yes frnds....rpsc has bcome very efficient ...n it has made a new record..the final merit list was ready by july 2010...mains result n interview r just a formality..

rpsc hs bn fair in recent yrs. Bt they keep soft corner for states candidate. Generaly outsider doesnt get goodmarks in interview bt overal rpsc has dne a good job conducting exams bt main result of 2010 is delayed why? Hardly anybody knows

If RPSC is fare, why it is delay several results. RAS main 2010 result is ready from march 2010 but they do not declared results till now...?
this is rubbish. if you write rational and according to the question.. you will certainly get the marks you deserve. I have got exactly what I calculated and other honest candidates too. please don't spread baseless rumours. I believe in RPSC . they have got some good heads there. don't waste your energy. and don't get disappointed. just analyse your effort and improve it.
