RPSC has declared the result of RJS 2008 (Rajasthan Judicial Services) Interview conducted in the last week of Jan 2010 and Feb 2010.

But as usual RPSC is under scanner from various candidates regarding the scaling process it adopted. Even after scoring same marks in paper the candidates get different scaled marks which determine their merit. As per the newspaper report of Patrika one candidate scored 66 raw marks which becomes 77 while the other candidates mark remian even after scaling. In Law 1 paper candidates with raw marks 43 get different marks viz 47,55 and 74. Also a candidate with 125 raw marks scored 29 out of 30 in interview while one having 182 raw marks can manage only 8 marks out of 30. Similarly many other facts were pointed out by candidates, which may or may not have any legal implications.

RPSC is yet to ddeclare the RAS 2008 Mains written result which was conducted in July 2009 and Govt. of Rajasthan is yet to give final posting to RAS 2007 selected candidates.
