Civil Service Aptitude Test

From 2011 there may be change in the pattern of Civil Services Preliminary Test. In place of earlier pattern the new pattern will have two papers there may be CSAT(Civil Services APtitude Test) to test the aptitude and ethical and moral dimension of the candidates for the civil services.
This is also a good in the sense after a great controversies in scaling techniques adopted by UPSC.
