HC ordered RPSC to show RAS Answer Sheet

High court ordered RPSC to show the answer sheet of RAS 2007 Mains to the petitioner Girdhari Lal. According to petitioner he has been writing mains since 1989 and appeared in RAS interview six times and he always secured around 800 marks but this time he can only manage to get 644 marks in mains so there are chances that his copies may have changed. High court Judge Ajay Rastogi ordered that the RPSC should show all the answer sheet of petitioner on 7th Sep. 2009 at RPSC office in Ajmer.

Girdhari Lal was shown his answer sheets and found that his answer sheets has been manipulated , hence he has petitioned to the court to produce all answer sheets into the court and let the court decide his future.Further on 17th Dec 2009, RPSC was to bring the answer sheets to be produced in the court of law as stated by his lawyer Mr Sandeep Bhagwati.

Actually, Mr C R Choudahry (Ex Chairman, RPSC ) was taken about 20-30 lakh for seleection in RAS Exam, For this He scalled the formula reverse wise as first select the student who gives lot of money to them and scaled the formula accordingly. He was very very fraud & corrupt person ever today in RPSC.

In the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan
Jaipur Bench
**
Civil Writ Petition No.7243/2009
Girdharilal Versus State & RPSC

Date of Order ::: 02/09/09
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi
Mr. Sandeep Bhagwati for Mr. SR Samota, for petitioner.
Mr. SN Kumawat, for respondent PSC
Basic grievance raised herein is that
petitioner appeared in RAS & RTS combined
examination atleast on six different occasions and
qualified even in preliminary & main examinations
also; however, in Rajasthan State & Subordinate
Services Combined competitive (Main) Examination,
2007 he has not be declared qualified and he has
bonafide apprehension that his answer sheets might
have been changed or marks having been disclosed
do not tally with marks which he secured in
concerned subject papers. Counsel submits
petitioner will be satisfied if permitted to see
and inspect his answer sheets of his participation
in main examination, 2007.
Counsel for respondent-RPSC submits that
ordinarily it is not possible for PSC to disclose
and provide answer sheets of all the subjects of
such competitive examinations to notify applicant
but looking to his previous track record, he may
be asked to appear on any working day on which may
be able to see and inspect his answer sheets but
subject to final outcome of the writ petition. CW 7243/09
//2//
In peculiar circumstances, this Court
directs the petitioner to appear in the office of
Commission on 04/09/09 at 10.30 AM and if he
appears, respondents-PSC may allow him to inspect
his answer sheets of RAS (Main) examination, 2007.
List for further orders on 07/09/09.
