Great info but Sorry to say I could not comprehend fully as it has not properly tabled...
Kindly clearly state was was the cut offs
and if u can give us your hunch for this years pre and last years mains cut off (obc female) that would be very comforting

Yes I agrred there is some priblem in formatting there, hope following helps :
CAT : Category (first column)
Cand Passed : Number of Candidate passed(second column)
Cut off : Cut off of male and female in third and fourth column
CAT WISE DETAILS OF PASSED CANDIDATES : Category wise details of number of passed candidates from fifth to tenth column
hope this will make it more clearer.
regarding expected cut off, I don't want to eat my words later on :) so no guesses.
